Less travelling leads to productivity

An international survey carried out by Regus has revealed more advantages for employers of flexible working hours. This is not the first time that Regus has revealed that flexible working leads to increased productivity.

Their research also shows that spending less time on travel increases productivity. The survey shows that employees are more motivated under reduced travel time circumstances, and that they are healthier. Questioned about what they would do with the extra time, apart from those who said they would work more, around two thirds also said they would spend the time on sports and fitness, and the same proportion on family.
